Reginald
has been building homes since he was a teenager with
his father so he has many years of experience in the
construction business. He has also strived to create
perfection in every home he has, He tries to make every
home he builds better than the last. His pursuit of
excellence in home building is what sets him apart from
the competition. He oversees every project visiting
most projects daily so he can make sure everything is
going according to plan. |

| Gary McFarland
Gary McFarland is the office manager of Bouffard Mcfarland Builders. Gary grew
up in Augusta running the day to day operations
of his father's car dealership. From Gary's experience
of running his father's car dealership he has developed
a great way of managing the office. Gary takes care
of the day to day operations of Bouffard Mcfarland
Builders. He handles all of the financial, permitting
and other tedious tasks that are essential to building
a house in a timely manner. Gary will be in the
office whenever you need to contact him with any
questions and do what ever it takes to get the answers
that you need. |

| Jeff Harkins
Jeff has been with the company since day one. He is our built-in's specialist, Jeff's motto is "If its built with wood we can do it". Any picture you see online or in a magazine Jeff can replicate it and improve on the design. He has built thousands of custom cabinets that you have to see to believe, his craftsmanship and attention to detail puts him a league of his own. Together Jeff and Reggie throw around ideas on how to make the best product possible. |

Mike Grendreau
Mike has been with our company since the very beginning as well. He is our interior trim specialist, His trim work along with Jeff's cabinetry is what truly makes our houses custom. You will be hard pressed to find custom work like this anywhere else. Mike is devoted to his job, usually working more than 60 hours a week to create an awe inspiring final product. These type of employees is what really sets our company out from the rest, both of them strive for perfection in everything they do and we believe it shows in our homes. |
