Bouffard & McFarland Builders offers Turn-Key Packages to all of its customers. This means that after paying an agreed upon down-payment, we finance the building process and sell it to you upon completion of construction.
This is a great option for customers who don’t want to take out a construction loan. Down-payments are based on a percentage of the cost of the home, and are determined on an individual basis.
